Advantages: The casting process is simple, the cost is relatively low during mass production, and it is suitable for pulleys with complex shapes but not extreme forces.

Ring forged welded pulley

Applicable scenarios: Occasions with heavy loads, high strength and high reliability requirements, such as large cranes, port machinery, metallurgical equipment, etc.

Advantages: It can withstand greater impact loads and alternating stresses, is more durable under long-term heavy-load working conditions, and has higher safety.
